I've seen the men's version at Dillards.
I like the originals better.

Default new styles and colors

Dillard's now has the mary jane style in assorted colors and they are so cute! Very comfortable, too.

Also, the beach style now comes in GOLD and SILVER! Gee, wonder how they'll work on formal night?

my DH, BIL, DS and niece's husband all have several pairs and love them. I usually wear mine with the strap forward, clog style, which might be what you saw.

Desdemona,

Silver or gold just might work on formal night!
Can rhinestones be far behind?

Have you tried all the different varieties?
I guess you may be out of luck.
Crocs tend to be very wide.

I have noticed that the ones manufactured in the US, Canada and China fit me fine. The ones manufactured in Mexico are too wide.
Crocs has outsourced a lot of their manufacturing.

The maryjanes seem to be narrower.

The assistant cruise director on our last cruise made no secret of his disdain for Crocs. During the ballroom dancing class he instructed us to say "Croc's with socks!!!" while pointing to what he percieves as the ultimate fashion faux pas

Next time he ends up on his bottom from sliding on a wet deck, or he has blisters on his heel from his tennies ... we'll have the last laugh!

How do I know if I got the real crocs or not? I got my pair in jcpennys, and when I saw them, I told my daughter I'm gunna try these on and see how they fit, I loved them.

they were on sell for $15.00 I dont remember how much they were before the sell. and I'm pretty sure the sign said crocs.

does anybody know if jcpennys sell them or did I get the fakes ones.

they are like a clog and I do wear the strap in the front..

PLEASE tell me if they are fake or the real things. I leave on my cruise in 8 days and I'm planning on taking them..

I just went to JCPenny.com and put in crocs..nothing came up...Usually the full price is like 35.00 if I remember...if nothing came up as Crocs, then I would say they are faux..call the shoe dept, and ask, that's your best bet....

Real Crocs, the basic style [Beach or Cayman] are $29.99 -- whether you buy them online or at stores such as Nordstrom's, Dillard's or West Marine.

I have never seen them on sale anywhere.

If you paid $15, you have knock-offs. A lot of people are making the knock-offs now, including some of the catalogue stores. I know I saw them in either an LL Bean or Land's End catalog.

I ordered a pair from Lands End a couple of weeks ago to see what they were like, they were $24.50 before shipping, didn't care for them. They weren't as squishy as Crocs and my feet felt like they were sweating very soon after put them on. I took them back at our local Sears since they will take Lands End catalog stuff back with no questions asked.
