Default Skirted swim suits in the cafes, etc.

All I wear is skirted swimsuits. Is it proper to throw on a tshirt and wear the swimskirt in public areas? The skirts are long enough, they cover my butt. They are no shorter than any mini skirt that young girls wear. Just wondering if there are any rules the ship has posted.

I have a swimskirt bathing suit. I have an oversize cotton gauzey shirt that i always throw over my swimsuit no matter where i am going on the ship. You can't eat in the dining room in your swimsuit. You can eat in the buffet. You can walk around any area of the ship in your swimsuit if you have on a cover-up and footwear

I would still throw a pareo on it myself-or else just grab a burger out by the pool.

cee.lynn - around deck just shorts over a bathing suit will be just fine. IF you want to eat in the dining room you would need to put a t-shirt on over your swimsuit

I would put the t-shirt, pareo, or cover up on when going into the public areas, especially the buffet.

Take care,
Mike

Im a bit late on answering this one, but you should wear a Beach Cover-up
not a T shirt very sloppy looking, I would go to http://www.crabbywear.com they have beautiful cover ups that are stylish and comfortable, not cheezy looking like many that you see.
My daughters and I get so many compliments on ours! :!:

I think if you are going the buffet, shorts and a T-shirt would be just fine, not sloppy at all. I don't think I would wear just shorts and my swimsuit top even to the buffet. Also, I have looked online at crabbywear and it is really cute, however I noticed that they didn't have any size smaller than a medium, at least for the items I was interested in. I would love to order one of their dresses, but I am 5'2" and weigh around 100 lbs, unless their stuff runs REALLY small, it would look ridiculous on me.
