Default Clothes List

What helps me when i go anywhere is to use excel for a packing list. I write what ever i think I will need and then go back a see what I only want to take and what I really need. It usually turns out that I only need half of what the original list was. Also when I pack you might use 2 gallon ziplock baggies. Fold and put in the baggies the get the air out. It REALLY saves space.
Thx

you are so right! lists are a wonderful thing, and ziploc bags are great space savers.

my 1st cruise,

I posted a packing list for a fourteen-night cruise in a thread on that topic on the "Cruise Dress and Packing" discussion board that you can use as a starting point for your own list. If you are planning a seven-night cruise, cut everything in half, rounding up. If you are cruising on a line other than Celebrity, drop the items for "informal" evenings.

Have a great cruise!

Norm.

I NEVER make lists, except when I pack for cruising!
It really is helpful and I start waaaaaay before the cruise. Too early, my husband says. He packs the day before.
I try to minimize the number of shoes I take by matching them to various outfits. Otherwise I would be taking just an outrageous number of shoes.
