Default My Kind Of Formal Wear

Since I work in a boutique, and have a hand in designing new clothes for the shop, one perk for me is the that , I can have things manufactured at cost.

Last fall I designed a walking jacket and we made it from a beautiful silk tweed of black, charcoal ,and cream. It was the hit of the season..Sold out to the piece..

For the Century cruise, I just bought this coppery/black silk with embrodered circles in platinum and copper..it's really pretty..To go along with it, will get a solid pant made, and a tunic top. This 3 piece outfit will be my formal night look. When it's all done, I will try and post a picture.

Sounds nice, Trip, and comfortable, too.

I am basing my formal wardobe on a pair of black pants, as well. Really, they're a part of an outfit, but the jacket is quite out of date (shoulder pads, big!) But the pants fit well and the length is perfect.
My project is to find something new to wear with them. It's a bit early for holiday eveningwear, however.

I wonder if some women will hold back a few items for the second cruise.
