Sounds great, Trip!
We don't have a very good Marshalls near us, but there are a couple TJ Maxxes that have good stuff.

Wish I could find chocolate brown cords.

Default Fall "Must Haves"

I haven't found my "must have," either. Most of the things I really like are in the catalogs.

What I did find was that lingerie in browns is popular here. Very pretty, too.

I have found mine:

It is lightweight, durable, water repellent and plenty room for storage for those fall "shopping" trips. It's also made by one of the best manufacturers in the U.S.

Take care,

Fruitcake - you can find chocolate brown cords at either LL Bean or Land's End catalog or on-line.

Oh, I know I can find them at retail ... but that's no fun!

fruitcake -I know, "retail" is a dirty word. Do you have a JCPenny catalog outlet near you? I have found Dockers there and i would bet you could find Dockers cords if not now, pretty soon there.

Default FALL "Must Haves"

I did recently find a "must have" on sale in the Neiman Marcus catalog.
It's an ivory lace top with three-quarter sleeves, and it has a matching camisole. It's perfect for the Century and Liberty cruises.

Just bought my must have........a pair of black suede boots.......may not seem like a strange find but for me with a fat foot, high instep & fat calves it is almost impossible to find a pair that fits........I was in heaven!!!!!

No, I haven't found anything yet, but if it's out there, and it's purple, I will find it!!

I found a pair of knee high black boots that I love. Now I have to find a couple skirts to wear with them.

I also found a tan washable suede blazer and a beautiful green print V-neck cap-sleeve top with a few neckline sparkles to wear with it. I picked up a couple blouses too.

I had the green print top and blazer on with the boots (high heeled) and a pair of bootcut jeans last week to go out for DH's birthday. He loved the outfit. Low cut enough to be sexy, not too low to look trashy. I felt awesome. Can't wait to wear it again.

I found it all right! And it is purple, and I just had to have it! It's a polar fleece jacket, lined with nylon for wind and weather proofing. The back is longer than the front which is nice as a bum warmer. I also bought matching gloves and hat, and it'll get me through the late fall, at least until it's below 0
It's from a store here called L'Equippeur, or Mark's Work Warehouse,in English Canada, and they specialize in work wear (construction and nursing) as well as casual fashions and outdoor wear. My favourite store!

Brown pumps - the big color for fall is brown and, being an "autumn" in coloring, I've got a lot of it. Just found a pair today at Kohl's - 40% off for those who are checking!
