Default flash or no flash

I have bought a pair of heels for evening wear and am having second thoughts. They are black straps on top and clear on bottom, but they light up when you walk.I really thought these would be fun to wear on our cruise with a black evening dress and now I am concerned it might be to much. What do you think? I am not in my teens or even twenties. Closer to almost 40ish.Lmao But I could be my oldest daughters sister.

As a male I don't know if I have vote, but if I do, it is: No flash.

I personally think you should go with something a bit less flashy

But in the end you go with what you want.

Take care and have a great cruise.
Mike

I think they sound like fun. Especially if the rest of your attire is traditional in style. Kind of a semi-hidden bit of flashiness!

Go for it.
At worst you can find the little battery and take it out

Thanks for all your comments I tried to post a picture with the dress on but could not figure it out.The dress is long in the back and shorter in the front. So the lights on the shoes are not real bright except in a very dark room. So they should be good for at least the inside cabin we are in.

Default Flash or No Flash

I wouldn't do it myself, but it does sound fun for New Year's Eve. Have a good time.

its totally up to you and your comfort level. For me i go more for understated elegance with a bit of sexyness. IF they aren't too gaudy or flashy they could be a hoot.

Get a couple of those glow-in-the-dark necklaces, and you'll be all set!

I think it sounds like fun.

I say wear them and bring a back up pair in case you start to feel out of place!

Thanks again everyone I am going to bring them and if I do wear them and it will most likely be when we go to the casino.I might just put them on and go to the disco sit there and click them together so they go off. I do like the bring an extra pair just in case idea.
Thanks again
