Once again, on the Century cruise, my feet swelled big time...I only once wore a shoe...Bless my Chinese slippers, that's what I lived in the whole cruise...I really need to find something that will help me before the Freedom transatlantic crusie which is 2 wks..They could be the size of Texas on that cruise!

Trip, I have found that getting no salt dinners, just use lemon juice in place of salt, and it has helped considerably. My feet would swell soooo badly by the end of a cruise that I was absolutely miserable and to top it off I would have to sit in a plane clear across the country! The waiter always makes sure that I don't eat anything salty, they always bring the menu to me the evening before and if I want to order something that looks like it's salty to the waiter he will inform me. If any one of the entree's look like they are smothered in sauce, I order the sauce on the side......... Hey, I sorta got off the subject of Styles At Sea, sorry, won't do it again.
I hope I'm not too late! I've got three suggestions 1) Mary Kay Energizing Foot Lotion. Visit my website www.marykay.com/tinaoshay and I'll mail it to you. 2) Bath and Body works Peppermint Foot lotion and 3) Wintergreen Rubbing Alcohol.
Put these on your feet BEFORE bed or after a fill day. You'll wake up with a new pair of feet!
