I follow all the instructions but I cannot get more than one clock ( future cruises) to stay. I enter all the info correctly (??) but it never appears when I go and check.

What am I doing wrong????

I can't seem to get it. I also went on to the cruise clocks website and made one up but when I copy & paste it just comes up invalid. They give you three codes I have tried all three. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I used it for my last cruise so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong this time.
