its like the cruise lines use that to give themselves the benefit of the doubt on everything lol.

Yeah AND I will add that it depends on the port. Tampa, Jacksonville and Miami are pretty slack getting on the ship but they'll bust you coming off and Canaveral and Lauderdale will bust u going on. Outside of Florida i don't really know how the ports work.
