Hey,
Thats a good idea, and I have considered it before but its alot harder then you think. I would have to plan activies for during the cruise, (which would obviously create a problem) and host the whole event. It would be very expensive and hard to make sure that everyone can come. Maybe if it was a short cruise it could be considered, but it would be very hard. I have to admit, it would be alot of fun, just planning it would be a pain. Maybe if there is a special sailing on a ship here in Florida, some of us CM Teens could meet up on it? It would just be a come one come all type thing, not a group sailing!
Any other thoughts?

Ya. I agree with all of you. It could be something to look into the future. I know everyone lives in different places, but like Dan said, a short cruise might do...

this would be with/without parents? is that even possible because we would need something like one adult per 2 kids or something?

Let me pass this idea on to Kuki who handles the Cruisemates Cruises. He needs an idea of how many might possibly go so post if your parents would be interested!

Talked it over with my parents, they were intrested, but arent positive and would want to hear more info.

I couldent plan it myself, (not that I would even want to!) It would be hard to please everyone like I mentioned before.

All in all, it does sound like a good idea, despite the problems!

Understand that in no way would it be a cruise just for teens. Parents or a responsible adult would be required for everyone. We at Cruisemates would not provide the adults, that just isn't feasible. What we would be willing to do is set up a cruise with special pricing for people to book on and hopefully those that read this board would be able to get their parents or someone to take them.

If we got one during fall/spring it would be alot cheaper, and about the parent's thing, if they weren't going how would we get down there and also you have to have an adult for each room, so that's a prob too. It would be really hard without parents! Also, no1 would have to really plan anything if you were just like, go on such n such ship on such n such date. We would just have to all show up! It would also be preferable to announce like a year b4hand b/c then we would all have suitable time to beg ; )

When is every1's spring/fall breaks if you have any and also, what about a 2 day ctn like on thanksgiving or something b/c every1 has those off and it would be alot cheaper!

Yep, there is a 2night CTN that I am looking at for next fall... Its on the Carnival Miracle out of Tampa, Florida...

If you go to any cruise site, they have rates for it... They start at $179...

Just and idea...

ya, it would cost more to get down there then to actually go, lol, that's ironic!!!!! Alot of us live in FL, AL, GA, or MS though and we wouldn't have to fly if we live close. Are there any 5 night cruises at that time?

Well, 5nights we would all have to miss school and stuff... I was just making a suggestion, I am already most likely going on that one, thats the only reason I suggested it!
