why don't you get off your butt and go to the gym and start working out. Then you won't have to ask a question like that

Hahaha, thank you MoneyShot, I like you. The only other person here who backed my comment up. If you have to question people on a message board if it's ok that you're not skinny, then it's obvious somebody's being a littttle lazy.

Girls can be pretty even if they're not the perfect size.

I'm normal when everyone else is strange.

OMG this is the most retarded thread I have ever read...

It's ok whether or not you're fat or you're skinny...
it just depends on your character or your personality.

I'm sure guys and girls will like other people if they are skinny and have hour-glass shaped bodies (the gals), but even if the other person is a 600-lb. obese girl, if they're fun to talk to, and you are glad to be around them, then "who gives a ####???"

OK OK OK OK So maybe I would try to find/meet a more attractive person, but still.

Anyways... I assume you are "netural". That's perfectly A-OK!

I take that back...

Lady, you need to get your priorities straight. Instead of wasting time looking in your fu#$*n mirror saying:

"oooh!! I'm too fat! But I'm not fat! OHH DEAR!"

Look ahead, sis. There are plenty of other things to worry about, like maybe:

1) Hey. i need new clothes. (damn better than saying your fat but then not too fat)

2) Better Grades. That always helps.

3) Get yourself a soulmate.

You are wasting your time. You know, there's that saying:
"Eat your ice-cream while it's still on your plate,"
because if you spend all your time worrying about how fat you are, you are missing out on a lot of other fun stuff to do.

Trust me on this. You believe in yourself, and when you step out of the door, you'll feel as right as rain.

Just my two $.02

I know what ya mean... of course no one really cares about what ur weight is (unless your REALLY overweight... ) but if your a little outa-shape like me... just excercise! I'm going on a Royal Caribbean cruise in a few days (look at the sig) and I know there will be tons to do there! but at the same time I don't want to have to think twice about just taken of my shirt and jump'n in.... I'm not overweight mind you... just don't have a six pack ; ) so I'm work'n on it and its coming up! but still... no matter what you do! you'll have fun! there will always be other people on the cruise that think exactly the same way you do... and you'll end up with TONS more friends then any egotistical buff person! so to sum it up:

- If your a little flabby, work on it!
- If you don't want to even try, then don't! and have fun anyways!
- If this totaly dosn't help, then figure out something that does! and give me the credit
- most of all, HAVE FUN! no matter what you do you'll make friends! and you'll have a whole lotta fun!

Hope this kinda sorta helps.
- Blake

No, my dear countthestars, what's obnoxious is seeing stupid people like the above poster asking a CRUISE board of people if it's ok to not be skinny. No s hit sherlock, of course it is. I don't have time for people in search for pity trips and self esteem boosts.

In all honesty being thin will most likely get you to meet more teens your age onboard (hopefully it will not be the case on your cruise; for the most part, it's the tragic truth)

Hey, on more than half of all the cruises I've been on, almost everyone in the "club" were in the "in-group", so naturally, they were all sexy looking and probably the most popular in their school.

It's sad. When I'm on a cruise, I almost always see other kids our age (or similar), who seem shy and try/want to join in, but can't really either because:

(1) Have serious social problems

(2) Are obese/fat

(3) Personal issues

(4) Depression

(5) Shy/non-"in-group"

I try to help! On a cruise, there's no reason to by shy or worried! Be yourself! Relax! That's what cruising is all about. Trust me. There are a lot of nice kids out there who will welcome you!

You see, I don't quite understand the situation youre in. But for gods sake don't be annorexic. That is fatal and you could die!
