go to www.mypyramid.gov !! i just did a report on the new food pyramid. there's a while bunch of links and stuff. you put in your weight, age, how much you exercise, and stuff and it tells you how much of what you should eat, and theres also this thing where you put in the food you eat each day and how much you ate and then it saves it shows you how that compares to the recommendations. its sounds lame, but its like... one of my favorite websites lol.
and one more thing... not eating before bed doesn't make a difference. My sister is a dieterian ... ((???)) or something like that and she is always telling me that it doesn't matter what time you eat because it all has to go through your system.
y r u so bothered about wat u look like? if ur only trying 2 lose weight 4 d cruise. people shud value u u 4 hu u r not wat u look like. i do admire ur determination so i hope it goes ok. just b careful. rather than crash diets try something simple.
theres lotz of things you can do to lose weight. A good program that works(i know cause my sis has used it) is weight wachers. It may be hard at first but it gives fast results. You should also do excersizes to get in shape and be healthier. So you could join a sports camp, start running 3-5 days a week. If you really want to lose the weight there are plenty of ways you could do it. And if you doon't want to go through this alone ask someone close to you to do it with you and give you support.
This isn't a diet plan but you should eat a lot of celery because I read somewhere that you you lose more calories chewing celery than you actually obtain from digesting it... hahha and it's true. And oatmeal is a good source of carbs if you're trying to stay away from all the starchy stuff.
