Re: Making friends
Yeah, sometimes it can be hard to introduce yourself. EWspecially if your female. I usually come up to the person id like to meet and say something to break the ice, something funny cute, whatever. then follow up with a nice handshake look in the eye and give my name.

Re: Making friends
yea im the opposite. I dont go to the teen clubs becasue they are total crap. People in there are like 13 years old. I just chill by the pool and on the deck and then you just meet people there.

I've been on 3 cruises, never been to the clubs and still made a load of friends. If you share a table talk to them, if you share a lift talk to them, if you sit next to someone talk to them. I'm normally super shy but on cruises it's easy. Everyone just chills out and it's like a massive family! Making friends with staff is pretty funny too because they can tell you stuff and show you places nobody else can:)

@leahsinger It's really easy meeting people, especially at the teen club (on the first night)! I would highly reccomend going to the first "meet-and-greet" on the first night at the teen club, because that's usually when/where people make friends. Everyone is in the same situation, no one knows anyone else either! Also, since you don't know any of the other teens, you can use easy ice-breaker questions like "how old are you?" "where are you from?" "is this your first cruise?"
You'll have a blast :) |
