what shud i wear?

heyy im going on the carnival valor next week and i want to know what i need to wear for dinner. like how many formal and casual and semi formal nights are there??? and is their formal night rly fancy or is just a nice outfit ok.

usually on a carnival seven night its like two formals...one is a little more formal than the other...and for a girl the formal outfit can be like a homecoming dress...i usually wear past years homecoming dresses on cruises to get another chance to wear them...some girls go all out with prom dresses but i usually just wear my homecoming ones...the other nights are just nice outfits...theres a "no shorts" rule in the dining room but bermuda shorts are ok with a nice shirt ; but i usually just wear casual shorter skirts on the other nights with nice shirts...with halter/tank/tube tops...they aren't really too strict you just can't roll out of bed or anything

I wouldn't if I were you. I know some ships won't allow people into the dining room with jeans on.

k for the semi formal nights just wear a nice shirt and skirt! formal nights wear either a homecoming/winter formal/ or even a prom dress! i know it sounds over the top but its expected!
