Hopefully the Liberty will be fun because I'm going on it in June over the summer!

Let me know how the cruise as well as the Club O2 is when you get back!

Carnival doesn't suck! What doesn't he like about the cruise line?!!? I personally love Carnival. Jw why he doesn't like it.

And how many people does he want on board? The Carnival Liberty has a cap. of 2,974. That's like 3 THOUSAND PEOPLE! lol

i have no idea..im telling him its a cruise!!
when we were on the CROWN PRINCESS over the summer, in grand turk we were docked next to a carnival elation i think, and compared to our ship it was really small. But I know a lot of people go on carnival and thats what i care about, lol. But we have heard mixed reviews about carnival.

Well, I haven't ever been on Princess, however all ships are different sizes. Elation has a capacity of about 2,000 and is about 8 years old. Considering there is a difference in size and all Liberty will be a lot different. Honestly I have been on Carnival and Disney and my parents have been on Carnival, Disney, and Royal Carribean and we always chose Carnival. Not even because of the price, because we could do any other line, but because it's a ton of fun and is laid back, with families, and always teens around my age!

About the mixed reviews... there are mixed reviews on every line whether it be a cruise, a clothing brand, a movie, or a house... it's just a person's opinion. I think it's halarious when someone complains about the soft/hardness of a pillow or something. It's a cruise and a vaca. it's going to be fun no matter what line you go on.

I think my family almost booked the freedom of the seas, but we decided on the Miracle because the port is closer to where I live. hehe

haha.... Yeah. It's convenient when the ports aren't too far away. My last cruise left out of Miami (same as the Freedom of the Seas). hehe

We all need a cruise! Luckily mine leaves in 19 days! I'm so excited, I haven't cruised for a LONG time! My last cruise I was in 8th grade, now I'm in 10th! That's WAY TOO LONG! lol

I have never been on Carnival, but I my parents have been on many different cruise lines, so they have, and I think they thought it was good.

The only cruise line they book now is royal carribbean. I like royal carribbean, but sometimes I wish I could try another cruieline to compair to it.

And I do not live close to a port at all, so we go to florida to cruise. I really should suggest to my parents going out of new york, cause new york city is my fave city, so we could visit new york, and than cruise. It would be awesome, and new york is so much closer to where I live.

That's cool. My parents said that Carnival and Royal weren't THAT much different. I asked how the pizza was and they said Royal Carribean had horrible pizza! That was it, no longer did I wanna leave Carnival's amazing pizza! lol

you should.
new york or new jersey have ports.
they are only open during summer for cruises.
but i like it because they are usually 10 day cruises!

so far royal caribbean is my favorite cruise line = ]

ive been on:
NCL (pree freestyle)
Costa (3 times)
NCL (freestyle)
Carnival
Royal Caribbean

i liked costa because i'm italian and i love being it! plus they have amazing food.
royal caribbean was nice except for the curfew.
carnival just seemed like a normal cruiseline to me. didnt really stand out.
ncl freestyle kinda sucks. i hate waiting in lines before dinner and not having the same waitors every night.

i dont know how big the carnival liberty is. but the biggest ship i've been on was about 85,000 tons. but i loveee the small ships way more. like 40,000 to 50,000 tons. cuz it's so easy to find someone on them! and everyone gets way closer i think. cuz when i talk to people who go on those huge ships, they tell how hard it is to find people, and get around. and i just loveeee small ships. they feel so homey i think.
.. so if you havent been on a small ship, try it. you might be surprised how much you like it. i hated the fact we were going on a small ship now i LOVE it. and hateee big ships.

the biggest one i went on was 138,000 tons, voyager of the seas! i loved it.

I want to try a small ship, but my brother likes big ships. So until i can pay for it myself it wont happen.
