IN THE HAMPTONS!
 

Yay my vacation has begun. We got here yesterday around 3 (much better than driving from ohio) and my aunt hot to her house at the same time so we helped her get her stuff inside. It was so great ot see everyone! But the pool guy turned off the heat when he came the day earlier so it was cold :(

Then we went into town and walked around. It's gone waaay more commercial since I was here last. Which is kind of sad but it's still great!! I looked for pants in a few stores and decided I would go back and get a money clip in a day or two.

We came home, grilled salmon for dinner, and ate. My cousin and her boyfriend came over and it was great to see them!

Plans for today: Pool, town, errands with aunt, maybe beach, getting reservations at Citto Nuova for my birthday dinner.

East Hampton at my aunt and uncle's house. Best town in the Hamptons, IMO.

I'm outside right now by the pool. There's just enough breeze to make the sun seem worth it. Later today i'm going into town and getting some shirts from Breezin Up (the ONLY official way to get shirts that say east hampton on them...abercrombie ones are fakes!!) and a pair of pants from Ralph Lauren. I might stop into the sunglass store and see what i can find, either sunglasses or perscription lenses. (need some so i can wear my contacts less and eventually get lasik.) Oh, and ice cream at Scoop du Jour too!!!!

Later today or tomorrow night (we havent decided yet) go to Sag Harbor with my cousin and her boyfriend for ice cream and to warch the yachts.

Also, be sure to watch THE NEXT FOOD NETWORK STAR tonight!!!!!!

Have fun shopping lol. I need to get prescription lense sunglasses. But I just went to the eye glass store place, and the sunglasses I wanted couldn't have a prescription thing put in them so my mom bought them anyway they were only $40. Oh well my eye sight isn't that bad, i just need them in school when im in the back of the class and can't see the board..haha!

Mike it sounds like your having a fabulous time there! lol. Ive never been to the hamptons, I wanna go, you make it sound fun, and plus the gotti's go there, and um i love the gotti boys!

Yeahh ive met a few people from the food network. Tyler Florence and Jack Kerrigan, along with all the production people. I went to go see a taping of Emril, but didnt have time to go meet him. Hopefully when I'm in the city i'll be able to meet some more people.

I cant really go to a taping of the next food network star b/c theres no live audience and no concrete set, the only shows with audiences in studio are emril and iron chef america. Ive seen other shows like How to Boil Water being taped, but thats because they only use one set and u can stand and watch.

Tomorrow I get on a plane to go move back to ohio and i'm sooo excited!!! Can't wait to be back. And the best part?
