that they really, really, really want to go on another cruise.
i guess my parents didn't have the best time ever because they're not really the drinking or gambling types. which is cool and all but they didn't have half as much fun as i did and aren't as obsessed with going on another cruise. actually they're a bit disdainful over it.
plus all the hairbraiding ladies scared them slightly lol.
but for people of the *ahem* older generation (hehehe)
what is there for them to do on the ship?
preferrably activites that involve their teens being at the teen club dancing with boys
and what's your best argument for another cruise
Definetly play up on how much you get for your money.
I mean you pay one price, get all the food you can eat, entertainment, and go to multiple islands. If you did that without being on a cruise it would be at least twice as much as a cruise.
I don't really have this problem, since my mom likes to drink, and loves to gamble. The only problem I ever have is being able to afford a cruise, well more like the cruise I prefer. ha.
maybe you just didn't go to the right places. or on the right ship.
ask them to try something new in a place they want to go.
suggest a different line. or a different place.
you cannot go wrong with bermuda!
everyone we suggest it to doesn't think it'll be that great.. or it's nothing special..
but it's AMAZING! best island i've ever been to.
and you're docked there for 3 to 4 days.. depending on what ship you're on. so you can spend a lot more time off the ship. rather than on.
it really is.
i've been on 7 cruises and my 2 bermuda ones are my favorite.
they have the BEST beaches there.
no caribbean island can compare in my opinion.
i went to the western caribbean after my first bermuda cruise and i was pretty disappointed =[
empress of the seas is the best.
but this is also it's last summer doing these cruises =[
next summer, you'd have to do NCL..
ncl dawn is the best, but wayy expensive cuz it's a big ship.
it also only docks in king's wharf, which is boring.
st. george & hamilton are way better.
but remember, when going to bermuda. it's not about the ship, it's about the destination.
i dont know if itll work for u but by playing this card i just saied on freedom and got liberty ots booked for next summmer and my dad is probably gonna book the valor for spring break 09
be like well i really want to go and do all the usuial dtuff, then like on a freedom class ship wat i did is reasearch the activities and deck plans and (since my parents dont drink and only gamble on the last nite at the slots) i find all the cool things on the ship and point it out, pull up my grades, and idk if u can do this but wen i got my dad to book freedom my freind had sailed on her the summer before i got his dad to tell mine how wonderful of a ship it was and all that. theres a hole lot more datails so if u ant 2 know moore then aim me at mustangzn, or www.myspace.com/playaboy1, i got a facebook but i dont know the link

usually when people go to bermuda, they just go to the beaches. they're really pretty!! like the best. horseshoe bay & tobacco bay are popular. my favorite is warwick & jobson's cove. right next to each other.. GORGEOUS! and no one goes to them.. so it's like you have it to yourself.
if you dont wanna go to the beach, there are a lot of caves. tons of people go jetskiing. we went kayaking once around tucker's town which is where all the rich & famous people have there houses. we saw ross perot!! but anyways, here are some pictures from my last trip.
back to the bermuda thing...its weird. everybody has been saying that horsehoe bay is really crowded and such. but the two times ive been there theres been nobody there. i guess its the time of year and the day...being that not many ships would be in port.
yepp princess thats what me and my friend are doing for spring break.
i thought so. my friend really wants to do it
so we have the next three years to convince our parents.
the plan is, although our parents don't know,
is "us and whoever we're dating ;]"
although i'm not sure how that will happen. haha.
