Europe?

Anyone ever taken to a cruise to Europe before? How was it?

i did last summer on the Carnival Freedom. It was amazing! i had never been to Europe before and it was a great way to see several places without having to take train,bus,or car to the different countries. Ton of fun, but a little different atmosphere than the traditional caribbean cruises.

I was actually wondering the same cause I'm going on a European cruise as well this summer. How do they compare to Carribean ones? Besides being in an entire different part of the world? haha. Like are there many teens? Usually American or European? I'm just curious how it will differ.

europe cruise are amazing!!!! they're a really great way to see things (a nice sampling of everything) without it getting expensive. since the euro/american exchange rate is getting so high these days, its alot cheaper to cruise europe. you don't have to pay for food, attractions, hotels, transportation, etc.

the whole cruise isnt a big party like it is in the caribbean but there still is alot going on. alot more older people and then a few from other countries. since i was on a Carnival cruise it was all americans and then a few Austrailians in the teen club. Not as many teens as a regular cruise but since its during the summer there are still ALOT! Its definatly the best way to see europe and its definatly a ton of fun. we liked it so much we are trying to save up to go again next summer!

im going on a cruise to europe too!!
i heard that ur pants need to cover your knees and shirts need to cover your shoulders??
do you think they'll be more lenient to teens?

that rule is only when going into the churches in europe. i had a problem with this because the airlines had lost my luggage and i did not have clothes that matched their criteria the entire trip. but on cruise you can wear whatever you would normally wear on any cruise

I have gone on a Baltic cruise last year to Europe and this year I am going on another European cruise but this year I am going to the Mediterranean. I am going on the Carnival Freedom and leaving July 21 from Civitavechia, Italy. If you are a teen between the ages of 13-16 you should totally come on my cruise this summer. It is new and HUGE it is going to be a blast. Let me know if you chose to go on the Carnival freedom on July 21. Hope you come! later.

i went on royal caribbean 3 summers ago to europe... a really amazing experience!! met great people when i went which was at the end of june-beginning of july. it was mostly americans.. and peurto ricans. not many canadians..just a few including me.
anyway youll have a great cruise!!

It depends what type of european cruise you are going on? There will be less American teenagers on all european cruises compared to caribean, and more people from the place where the cruise starts, so for example there will be more British people on a cruise that starts from southampton or Harwiich
