I was just looking on a cruise booking agency and saw a 114 night world cruise........That's 1/3 of a year.... on a cruise. Wow.

I know right.... You basically have to wash all your stuff on the cruise and get some big bags for souvenirs haha

Actually there are usually 10 or so kids on the longer voyages. I've been on a 21 night before and a 14 and you really get to know everyone. The biggest problem with cruises like that is that it gets old fast. After about 12 days, you become tired of the same thing and it becomed hard managing with a small living space then. Drama becomes a concern as well. Its intended for persons seeking to see the world in a cost efficient way. Granted, dropping $30-$50,000+ on a cruise isn't cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but to see virtually every sector of the world on one transportation vessel with accomodations, food and additional entertainment included, would cost significantly more than choosing the ship route.

Some interesting info on this type of cruising can be found while researching "The World" of ResidenSea which yes we've all seen the Travel Channel show, but do some more in depth research and you'll find theres more to it.

Even with the party people, you still have the drama. On the last night of my 8 night cruise...sooooo much drama. And we were a party group too (SB '08).
