Default What is Cruising?

After watching this video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MeATL4GHJ_g&NR=1

I thought about how my idea of cruising really changed after my first cruise when I was 15 years old..... I had absolutely no idea what was in store for me. I still can't get over how big these ships are!

How has your opinion of cruising changed since you went on a cruise?

well, i can't stretch it back to my first cruise, because I can truthfully say i've been cruising since I was two. However, cruising is a huge part of my life. It gives me something to work for, something to look forward to. It changes your mentality on everything. Each cruise is unique, and the PCD only gets worse as you go on more and more.

I'm the opposite, Mike. I think the PCD gets easier and easier after every cruise because you know what to expect and you know what you are getting yourself into. But I do agree some cruises are harder to leave than others.

And Kendall, I have been out of school since May 15 We get out early in GA, especially when you are a senior! Haha and I'm always in and out of my house, like right now, and there is a computer right in the kitchen so everytime I go by I hop on here for 5 minutes 8)

Well yeah you know what youre getting into, but every cruise being unique, you dont know what you're going to have to get out of (if that makes sense). Personally, every cruise gets better, so its harder to let it go.

Mike, great point you have there..... almost every cruise does get better, and I really had a hard time leave LOTS last time because I made such a strong network of friends. But I think I have learned how to better cope with leaving people I will never see again.... I am just getting better and thoroughly enjoying the time meeting new people and making new friends (and love ) that I have learned to let it go and cry because it happened.... not because I'm leaving. Cruising really helps you grow as a person if you experience it all.

Ok I'm done now

Cruising is all about networking, and perhaps that is one of the reasons why we enjoy it so much.
