random things that make you think of cruising
2 weeks ago (when it was actually warm out) i walked into a resturaunt. Something about how the a/c hit me it just really made cruise memories flash back.
so what other random things make you think of cruising? |

Loud music and lots of dancing DJ's Pizza Buffets Hanging out for hours and having a ton of fun just talking Packing Getting dressed up The beach Mudslides (the drink) Chocolate martinis (my dad always orders them with dinner) Tomato Bread (always available on Carnival cruises and the best I have ever tasted) Meeting new people Seeing pictures of cruises Countdowns |

Pizza (some of the best pizza I've had was on Carnival) The ship at my school (self-explanatory) The M42 crosstown bus (took that crosstown in Manhattan from the train to the ship on my past 2 cruises) Guitar Hero (1st time I played it was on Carnival) Those commercials for Carnival and Royal Caribbean This forum I have so much more, but I'm too lazy to post everything. |

the dining hall at my boyfriends college smells like a cruise ship

the smell of sunscreen. glamorous by Fergie warm chocolate cake with cold vanilla ice cream. batteries[because of without batteries (club o2) on carnival liberty!) wooden airplanes[because of the airplanes on the wall in club o2 on ccl liberty] guys with accents the ocean, duh! guys with their shirts off. tropical music. pizza dancing! cruisemates! cruisecritic. meeting new people. Cruise Control Cruise shows. haha there's more but im tired of listing. |
Anytime I make an ice cream cone at my work [chick-fil-a] it reminds me how I proclaimed myself as the professional soft serve ice cream cone maker on my last cruise. The sad part is, back then, every ice cream cone I made was lopsided and messy. I was a confident person haha.

The two-pitched "ding-ding" of the closing NYC subway doors, at least in the older subway cars, are very similar to the "ding-ding" of the PA on cruise ships, at least the Carnival Miracle.

On my very first cruise we listened to a song so many times on the way to the cruise terminal. So everytime I think or hear that song, I think of the cruise.
