Norwegian Epic??
Has anybody seen the article about it on the cruisemates news page?
Typically i dont have a problem with hardly any of the new ship designs, but this thing has got to be the ugliest ive ever seen. Here is the sketch.... http://www.cruisemates.com/images/ncl/epic/epic1.jpg |
lol yea, that looks so weird!
thats different...
Its hideous...what are they thinking!
It looks like the ship is wearing a sailors hat.
Well i dont care what a ship looks like on the outside. I mean im going ot be staying and chylling on the inside so what does it matter. I bet that ship is got lots of things to do.
Norwegian just builds some ugly stuff.
Here is the only US flagged cruise ship, supposedly the "Pride of America" http://www.hawaii-aloha.com/podcast/..._3-400x308.jpg I'm not proud of that, that things ugly lol |
I agree, it's ugly!!
that's strange they'd build such an ugly ship when some of their ships are really pretty with the fancy paint jobs!
I do agree that some of Norwegian's newer ships have very nice exterior artwork, lots of time invested in that, no doubt.
The ship looks different.
haha that B***H gonna tip ova
Re: Norwegian Epic??
ha, that is def. epic.
when I heard the name epic for this ship.. it made me think of Epic Movie.
where they make fun of movies you knoww.. and this makes me think they're making fun of cruise ships. lol |
That has got to be one of the ugliest cruise ships I have ever seen haha.
oh dear....
yeah after 7 cruises on ncl I am pretty turned off ESPECIALLY after they wanna build that stupid thing lol
About a year ago (im sure plans have changed) I heard that the cabins are "curved", there is no atrium, theres no buffet?? and it has some really weird things like this ice bar, where they put a fur coat on you and you can go drink inside with like 20 other people, its really weird but worth looking into. |

Oh yeah and about the pride of america, from what I heard the govt began to build the hull here in the US and then gave up plans on it, so NCL bought it and brought it to Europe where they completed it, but due to its narrow size they had to put about 15 decks on it.
2 weeks before it was finished, it began to sink at the drydock due to a bad storm. NCL's parent line, star cruises, had to give over the Spirit to take the place for the Pride of America until it could be repaired. http://www.cargolaw.com/images/Singl...de-America.GIF |
Nice find- cool pic
