I have had my fair share of good times while on cruises with Royal Carribean before. if you care to share your expieriences on this kick ass cruise line or just wanna talk about the cruise line this is the topic for ya

There is a chat room on here that I found but no one is ever in it! I think it would be cool to get a bunch of us in there sometime!

A bunch of the older members will probably remember this, but there was some time we were going in there to chat. That lasted a grand total of two or three weeks haha.

As for RCCL, its really not that great for teen cruisers. Hate the curfew. If I'm buying a vacation, I don't need to be told when to go to bed.

ahhh ok! i also think that there needs to be a young adult (college aged kid) board. it's interesting because my roll call is more active than here and we're all kids! haha

yea those weekly chats were fun but it just got so hard to keep the time zones straight and get up a time that everyone can get on there.. but royal caribbean isnt a great teen line because of that curfew. i dont even go to bed by 1am at home much less on vacation.. i love carnival! im actually planning my next cruise now. its either going to be in december or january.

and as far as the roll calls on here its a little harder because not a ton of teens know about this site.. and the roll calls on here are less posted on than ones on cruisecritic. cruisemates in my opinion is more for questions and just basically talking to everyone and becoming friends with a common interest.

I like the idea of having a thread for just chatting. I'm currently planning for an early august cruise and then a december cruise. I'm working extremely hard on them and pushing daddy

I never had an issue with the curfew on RCCL. My friends and I were always out until 3 am possibly 4 am each night and no one ever came up to us.

It just makes me laugh how much chatting goes on, on my roll call. We have like 50+ people and it's amazing that I started that haha I'm a little nervous that I'm the baby on our roll call.

it was like that for me on my last cruise and i even met up with the people.. haha they were all older.. but that doesnt stop me from having a good time =))

they arent rly too strict with the curfew on the ships as long as u are not running around causing trouble....one night when i was on Enchantment i was with these 2 girls i met and we seen one of the guards walkin around and he just said hi to us and told us to stay out of trouble...good thing we werent causing trouble.....that was one big dude

yes i have been on the enchantment twice...juen will be my 3rd cruise so i havent been on any other ship but enchantment so far....i have had some good times on that ship but im excited to be going on the Freedom...wicked excited

I'm new on cruise mates but the live chat sounds like fun. I've looked at it before but nobody is ever on!
so i am right now if someone else wants to talk :]
I'm going on explorer of the seas fourth of July. It's my first cruise and I'm so excited!! Hopefully they won't be too strict with the 1am curfew.

hey bricruiser....like i said in a previous post they arent real strict with the curfew as long as you dont cause trouble.so as long as you dont they wont give you a hard time

hey, sorry, I went on that ship out of NJ last month, every night on the 12 night cruise they chased me away from any public area because even though I am a paying customer their idea of a vacation is to give all the teens a hard time by not allowing them to enjoy their cruise I guess

wow peter thats preety salty (haha i made a pun)...i've never had any trouble with being out on the ship l8tr in the nite..latest i stayed out was 3am and i was down in the solarium eating pizza XD...oddly enuff it wasnt the staff that came and sent me back to my room...it was my grandfather cause it was our last ngiht on the ship and we had to travel that day...it kind of a buzz kill cause i was with this girl i met and she was awesome.....never did get her myspace :\

I have never had an issue on RCCL with the curfew, only the people causing problems did. Same with the casino i'd walk through it and stuff all the time and the only time anyone said something to me was on the last day.

yea same here no1 has given me trouble....there was only 1 time that soem1 said anything to me and that was b/c i was running...and i said 2 em "tryin 2 get back to the room b4 i get in trouble".....my mom wanted me back early b/c we had an early excursion that day

Royal Caribbean is the best cruise line, loyal to royal =)
I've had the best times on it, its by far the best for teens in my opinion!

And yes...we had a fun chat last night...must do it again soon. Maybe more people can come join us in the future!
