I've never been on NCL and I don't remember RCCL's cookies but CCL's cookies look bad but they are very yummy! I hate the buffet on both RCCL and CCL and dread the days that I have to eat in there but I can always look forward to the cookies!

I'm gonna have to go with RCI because I have an emotional relationship with their Toffee Cookies. They're addicting...I love them

Between the two, from what I remember, Royal. Out of all the lines I've been on though, Celebrity.

I've only been on Royal Caribbean, but the cookies are good. But to be completely honest, Princess has the best cookies. On my Crown Princess cruise one of my friends on the last night got like 3 bags and piled in cookies because they were so good!

Cookies were pretty good on Crown Princess but I thought Celebrity's were better.
