Look at pictures, talk it out, meet up with people from cruises past (or the most recent). There is really a lot one can do. Keep in mind that keeping in touch may result in long-term friendships. I still have a friend I talk to from a cruise I was on 5 years ago.

For me, as crazy as it may sound, going back to school helps me get over post cruise depression. The stress of school and everything that goes with it, as well as being surrounded by friends, really helps me get my mind off PCD.

Reading the replies alot of ppl put that looking through pictures helps them get over PCD but for mee it actually makes me more depressed lol cause i'm like i wish i was there type of thing...but that's just me.
I just say hanging out w/ friends and keeping busy helps out.
So, its been two months, i've been busy, been in school, and kept in contact with my friends. PCD is still going strong for me . I just cant believe this happens to thousands of teens EVERY weekend (about). Defiantly the worst part of cruising.
