It really depends on your taste. I like to keep it classy, so I usually wear the tux/suit the whole night, but everyone to his or her own. The formal nights are usually the best ones to show off yourself in best wear.
By the way, welcome to cruisemates, and your English is excellent.

I usually change after dinner, but some people like to stay dressed up all night, it really all depends on what you want to do.

it really depends on your personal taste. on the formal night i enjoy staying dressed up throughout the night. To me theres just something cool about being all dress up an having an fancy dinner, an an awsome party in the middle of the ocean with great new freinds. but i have to admit sometimes when the party gets a little heated i like to go maby take off my jacket or loosen my tie little. also formal nights are a great way to get those dreaded family portriats out of the way, with photographers that make things verry easy an after much experience doing what they do make it a no hassle way for teens to get that over with. but do what suits you the best an no matter what enjoy the lobster that night... its FREE :-D

I know that on my cruise, usually the girls would stay in their dresses but maybe change their shoes or something. and guys would usually take off their jackets and ties but keep their shirt and formal pants on.
Although this does depend on what you're planning on doing that night. I know that one night after dinner was prom night, so we stayed dressed up, but one of the others, alot of girls just put on a hoodie (sweatshirt) or whatever and no-one really cared.
But we were all between the ages of about 13 and 15
