Default Tipping for Family

Our family of four--husband and two teenage daughters are cruising on 4/1. Approximately how much can we expect to spend on tips for the family for the week? To some extent, of course, the tip will depend on the service. Now that I'm reading up on tipping, it sure seems like we have to "work it into the budget" before we leave. Thanks for any input.
