I will be making my 4th cruise this August to Nova Scotia on NCL. My first for this line. I am used to the standard 2 seating dining, 2 formal nights, etc. and tips envelopes at the end of the cuise. NCL tacks on $10 pp/per day for tips and that does not include your cabin steward. I prefer to tip on service and yet it may be difficult because of having a different waiter every night. How do you accomodate this method? What is the best way to control who gets what tips?
