This has probably been addressed before, but I must have missed it. We are going on the Carnival Pride in March, and will be spending an evening dining at Davids Supper Club. There is a nominal fee of 20.00 per person. How much should we tip, and do you just leave the tip on the table, or give it directly to the intended waiter/steward?
David's uses the Team wait staff concept so you will probably have up to 4 servers. When they bring you the slip to sign, you may add the gratuity or extend it in cash to whomever gives you the slip. If you order drinks or wine, that will be on the bill also with that tip automatically added.
