Hair Salon Tipping?

For those who use the hair salon. Do you tip your stylist in cash, or can you add their tip to your sea pass card? How much do you tip, a flat rate or a percentage of your bill for styling?

I tipped a percentage of the tab - just like in a regular salon. You can use your card - just check to make sure they have not already added a 15% gratuity that they sometimes do.
