Princess Tipping speciality restaurants

Does anyone know the policy of tipping in the speciality reataurants aboard Princess? I've checked the website and couldn't find anything. Other cruise lines vary in their answers. Some say the surcharge is the tip and others say it isn't. Does anyone know about Princess? Also if it's not the tip, do you tip on the anticipated cost of the meal or the $20 surcharge? Thanks

The tip (service fee) is included. If the service is FABULOUS and you want to reward them with an extra $5-10 feel free.

we ate at sabatinis and the steakhouse (forgot the name) and gave the waiters $20 at the end of each meal, they deserved it!

Just returned from Caribbean Princess. Ate in the steakhouse every night and tipped the server each time ($10) Also tipped the Maitre 'D.
I always opt out of the automatic tip and tip my steward, waiters etc. myself.
