First cruise and question. Is the suggested tipping on RCCL site automatically added to you bill or is that a suggested amount that I personally give cruise personnel?

Suggested tip amount can be given in 1 of two ways. You can elect to have added to you bill before you leave, or by about midway through your trip, or you can stuff envelope's at the end. Keep in mind, if you do the automatic, you can still tip additional if you feel you got above and beyond service.
