Rick and Deb
Shoulda been in Jacksonville, Fl. this weekend and watched the US Navy Blue Angels perform along with other military aircraft AND a demonstration of an amphious assault with the USN and USMC charging ashore in landing crafts, hovercrafts, SEALS, airborne assault by USMC and the 82nd Airborne all with close in Naval fire support. Chokes you up and bring tears of pride to this old warhorse.
You've got one lucky wife there. You sound like a great husband. It actually made me happy to read your post. Robo... I wish I could have seen that too.I love the Blue Angels, I've gone to see them all my life.
Hey How about those Chicago Bears, huh?
Some game, actually turned the TV off, thinking they lost, but low and behold, my son, (still watching) starts yelling, hey they won! What a game and I actually missed the winning TD :-)
Oh no! What did I start here mentioning football? Guys, you should dress like the Redskin fans in the commerical who buy dresses. Yes, the women will be honest and tell you that you look fat in that dress! Being from Michigan, I may be better off going with a bag over my head!
You are the most interesting person in these message boards! Keep it up...although this is probably the only day I will be here. I think it's cool you love your wife! Most guys do but they wouldn't say it! Just wondering....my husband was on ship for 8 months in 91 when he was in the Marines. He says that he will never go on a cruise with me 'cause he hates ships. I am going on my first cruise with my MOTHER! She is a lot of fun so I'm sure it'll be great but I would really like my husband to accompany me on the next one...Any suggestions? Surely there is a big difference between the Navy ships vs. Carnival?
