Dining Room Lighting

I think Carnival needs to dim their dining room lights a little in the dining room. The brightly lit dining room , for us, takes away from the wonderful (generally) dining experiense. We can only compare the lighting on Carnival to Celebrity (can't remember for RCCL)....on the Galaxy the lights were dimmed and it added to the dining atmosphere.

I agree totally Rick, dimmer lights means I won't see the fat slobs who won't dress up for Formal Night ! And the under-the-table petting between me and Mrs. Thomas may go unnoticed.

Well, la de dah, Rick. You and Deb found plenty of places on the Pride to make out. If we are ever table mates you and Deb can swap spit and Mrs. Thomas and I will fondled each other and the rest of the dining room can whisper all they want. We'll requisition the Maitre 'D to turn down the lights, the waiter to keep bringing the wine, the chef to prepare chocolate-covered strawberries and don't forget the whipped cream. Deal?

Nothin worse than a bright room for me, anyway. I like the dark club atmosphere alot better.
