I propose that we start a rating and catagorizing system for gripes. Such as:
B) fellow passenger behavior
F) travel agent
h) shore excursions
Etc and so on
Then a rating for the gripe. from 1 (as less severe )to 10 (as extreme).
For example cold toast would be a level 1 food gripe as opposed to a dead mouse in your soup being a level 10 food gripe.
This way we could post our gripes quite succinctly.
Such as Carnival Legend, April 14 ,2003 A6; B4, C7, F9
(meaning you had a moderately severe boarding problem, a relatively minor problem with other passenger behaior; a really bad service experience and a horrible TA.
Your whole cruise could be summarized in ten or twelve charactors.

It actually allows for more venting and ranting in a smaller space. Yiu just choose more catagories and use higher and higher numbers over and over again.
If the food really sucked on a cruise, instead of going into detail all you have to do is go
E10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Says it all.

sorry, i don't like that idea. If i want to gripe, rant and rave i wan't to do it with lots of theraputic words! Arrgh you guy's have way to much time on your hands.- the special d-jour is "mouse soup"???
