I recently inquired about the Cruisemates cruise in the Baltic on the Voyager. I emailed ( a couple times, not just once) the contact listed at the bottom of the page a few weeks ago, as I was very interested in this cruise itinerary and ship. I never got a reply. I've since booked another cruise through a friend's agent and have gotten prompt replies to all inquiries. Why would a T/A not reply? I can understand an email getting lost in cyberspace, but my mail server indicated at least one had been received and read. I just assume they must not need the business very much. Oh, well - their loss...
ps - I can't easily phone - I'm not located in the US...
No excuse for any agent not to return emails or calls in a reasonable time.
I even thank people who didnt book with me for the opportunity.
I did this recently & shocked the person. They said they had never had an agent who they didnt give the booking to email them afterwood.
I try to do things differntly,its the only way to survive in a very competitive industry.
