In most cases you receive your documents about 2 weeks prior to departure, giving you plenty of time to complete all the pertinent information. The ones that bug the heck out of me are standing in line ahead of me filling out these packets.
My gripe is: strangers who ask what you paid for your cruise. Guess the best answer would be "Us? We have the penthouse suite and only booked an inside guarantee." My answer is "I am a travel agent - if you want the best prices book through me".
We went on NCL Dawn Nov 16th. We didnt get all of our paperwork and had to fill out a card in line. Its not always the passenger's fault. Also, I use my married name and dont have a passport. Our TA never informed me I should have a marriage certificate to prove who I am, because my birh record had my maiden name. I hadgo out of my way a few days before leaving to get this.
