Default The balcony complaint

Those who return from their cruise, had a wonderful time but are driven to gripe.

For example, the sun rose over the horizon and shown right through our giant sliding doors to our balcony and woke us in the morning.

or...

We were on our balcony and we could HEAR other people, the nerve of the cruise line to allow such a thing!

or...

We wer eon our balcony, doing what couples do and other people could see us! Who can I sue?

Banker its got to be me, did you see my picture?

My best memory is on one ship with balcony cabin and the folks next door. They were really people, but you know what it's like,,, the walls can be nearly paper thin.

Well... she forced him to go onto their balcony when he felt he had to break wind !!

Now that has its problems

1/ I smoke like a chimney on the balcony, and honestly he could have torched the ship !

2/ We like a wee nap in the afternoon in the cabin with the sliding door open. The number of times I jumped out of bed thinking we had hit a thunder storm, I cant remember.

As for doing the "nasty",,,well maybe if they provided jump leads and a twenty year old to atttach them to, then I'm up for that <G>

The things people can complain about. Gee, it's really tough having a balcony, ain't it? I've always found them really wonderful. Yes, expect a little noise. And yes, there WILL be people next door. If you don't like it, why not vacation somewhere else, instead of on a ship with 1,500 or more people. Gee.

Only if you have an aft cabin, and only on the starboard side....

the port side is for non-tooters, reformed tooters, and ones who occasionally tooted at frat parties in their youth!

Oh no! We can only toot with an aft cabin huh? What about upcoming tooting professionals? We're taking my teenage son who has learned from the best! ??

I may have to change my reservations. He will surely get us booted of the "boat".

Let's get back to "doing what couples do". I may need more info.

I have an aft starboard cabin - should I be on the lookout for gasious cruisers trying to get onto my balcony?

Will everyone automatically assume I myself am a wind breaker?

and most importantly - should I take an airfreshener to get rid of the previous cruisers odor?

Kris, it would all depend on the quality of your "toot"elage. If your are highly trained in the art, then your force of will shall overpower any remnant of previous occupants.

I don't think you have to worry about gaseous cruisers trying to get onto your balcony. Actually, anywhere on the ship, it's the "toot" and run people you need to worry about. Be careful in crowded places and gatherings for drive by tootings also, those can be harmful to the unsuspecting victim.

In answer to will everyone automatically assume you are a wind breaker, unfortunately once the crime has been comitted, everyone present is guilty until proven innocent.
