Book me now! I think Arnold should be in charge of the "girly men" fitness program.

Put me in charge of the lifeboats, so that I can get away when the whole thing sinks.

Perhaps the only thing uglier, or sadder, actually, is the lack of any sense of satirical humor! The main posters of this group don't know that I idolize them, but they may see that I have an exquisite sense of humor!!! Wow, it is hard to keep up with the fragmented threads!!! My head spins trying to keep up with each sub thread going on!

Isn't a sub-thread when you try to sew up a hole ion the bottom of a boat?

Why, I think it is, but one must be careful not to let thier big spinning head be the cork that plugs the hole in the boat! Too much liability!

aarrrggghhh...must go back to my Freudian therapist to figure this all out (don't have one but may have to find one!) Freud must be rolling in his grave at this thread! I humbly admit, with head (and don't go there) bowed, I have not seen Paris Hilton video...don't even know how to go about seeing it. And anyway, figured she is making a billion on the viewing rights! But maybe we could gripe to the Cruise Lines that they don't have enough "variety" in their TV offerings! (yes, I see yet another gripe topic!)

RE: Paris Hilton video - refile under barf bag thread lol. quitecontrary - welcome to the brotherhood of the fiendish sense of humor. Once you pass the secret initiation ritual a.k.a. the flatulance test, you may consider yourself one of the gifted few. Trouble is I had to guit work to maintain the status quo - bummer lol. ttfn Jennifer

OLD MAN is probably one of those old guys that wears Spedo's by the pool and thinks it makes him look young.

Funny story to lighten everyone up!!

We normally go on cruises with dear friends of ours. My wife's friend is very well endowed (if you know whatI mean). On one cruise we were given life vests that were of the hard rectangular type and somewhat small. When she put on the life vest both sides stuck straight out in the front! She could have put a glass of water ont he top and not spilled any.

On one cruise we all were sent to the theater first to get orientated and then brought out on deck We put the vests on in the theater.

To make matters worse her husband raised his hand and asked in front of hundreds of people if she could have the life vests with the cutouts in the back.??!!!

I never laughed so hard in my life. Tears were rolling down my face. This sort of set the tone for the rest of the cruise. So on every cruise the first thing I am told by my wife & my friend's wife during thgs drill is "Don't even think about it!!!!!!"

Let me get this straight......................this thread mentions
Fat people, Paris Hilton, flatulance, speedos, and the buffet, all within a few posts.
We gotta get this group together on a ship.
REMEMBER, practice safe eating, use a condiment.

no size person upsets me,its just the women who try to fit 50 lbs in a 20 lb sack, and the old guys over weight or not struting around in speedos.there is nothing worse then trying to have lunch and one of those speedo's walks by.i mean come on have a little respect for yourself and for the felow cruisers.

you've read my posts about speedo's (not the trunks I have, but the other kind)

Speedo's are not just an accoutrement, they are an affliction, an illness. I belive speedo wearers are calling out in some way; it's a cry for help, a plea for others to take action to end the pain and suffering........

What a great thread to wake up too on a cold Sunday morning....thanks for the laughs.
I noticed no one mentioned the worst suit of all. Speedos are....shall I say........gross. But one cruise....not long ago, I witnessed the "banana hammock". Does anyone know what that is? I found out .........oh..yuk...did I find out. An older gent, with thick, curly, grey chest and many gold chains, with a tan so deep........and then..I saw it. A banana hammock it nothing more that a piece of cotton, (when wet, it shows wayyyyyyyyyy too much) holding his "banana" and not much of his butt. Can I say...I have been in therapy since that........I love swimming, but it will never be the same. Please.......when your in the islands and you see the banana hammock for sale........please not buy it them. I'd hate to see another woman or man have to go through what I have.

Happy sails to all........ Sea Angel

I think sumo wrestler's huge diapers fit in the same category. I do think large women in teeny weeny bikinis are just as ugly as men in hammocks or speedos.

Paul B .........who actually wears a speedo swimming for exercise in our back yard pool, but whose wife will never let him wear it anywhere else!!

I think one of the most fun things in the world is to people watch anywhere, but especially on a ship and the best place? At the buffet during lunch when they are all coming to eat after swimming or sunning all morning. Oh My GOD!

OLD MAN, when is your next cruise honey? I want to be assigned to your dinner table. I will plop my fat butt down right beside you ( I will show you how piggy eats ) then we can go to the pool an have a few brews, baby I can belch & scratch with the best of them. OH just wait till I do a lap dance for you, you will find out a plus size woman can get the OLD MAN going again without those 'pills'.. OMG I am so ready for our cruise together ..... actually I had thought about trying to lose a few lbs before my cruise but baby I am off to the donut shop, I be back soon, kisses

Yes Paul B, cruising is great.

Cruising. Caribbean cruising.
What kind of people like Caribbean cruising.
Fat people, skinny people, people who climb on rocks.
Tough people, busy people, even people with chicken pocks
love cruising. Caribbean cruising. The vacation people love to take.

Sing to the tune of the old Armour Hot Dog commercial.
