I've cruised oh about 10 times now and most know I'm a RCCL junkie.
My cruises have always been flawlesl except for one thing,
"Seattles Best Coffee." It is horrid! Fireplace ashes taste better
than this stuff! I feel bad to even complain, because I love my
RCCL more than anything, but ugh.
couldn't agree with you more, I call it Seattle's beast coffee!!
Too bad there's no Tim Horton's coffee, fellow canucks will know EXACTLY what I'm talking about, and my coffee challenged American cousins don't know what you're missing!
Ditto the Tim Horton's comment. When we arrived in St. John, NB, during a cruise, there was a veritable charge of Canadians and a few savvy Americans to the nearest TH's for a decent cup of coffee.
I haven't been real happy with Seattle's best on Royal Caribbean either. I would think they could find a little better tasting coffee for us coffee drinkers. Although it doesn't hamper my cruise, it would be nice to get a good cup of coffee.
You're right about Tim Horton's. Isn't it funny that with all the fancy coffee shops around Tim's $1.20 coffee is the best? TH's on my cruise would just make my day.
To anyone unfamiliar with TH's, they're not only big in Canada, but also in Ohio. Owned by Wendy's, which is based in Dublin, Ohio. One on every street corner. Just good, basic coffee. Yum.
