Re: Need another grip
Wouldn't that be "get a gripe"? Sorry Luanne, I have a grip, but I agree, the gripes are old.

I don't want to make fun of anybody, but I am tired of reading the same thing.

Re: Need another grip
We could always make fun of stupid people. We don't know any better.
Or ugly people. Don't you sometimes wonder how those genes made it through a few million years of selection? I do. Do you have an idea the guilt I carry around for having children.......poor bastards

Re: Need another grip
Banker -now I know where I've seen you before - were you that guy on "Deliverance" the one on the porch playing the banjo. Rule to remember bud, Canadian or not - you can't marry your first cousin. Second cousins and aunts and uncles are fine - just no first cousins. Passes on all those bad genes. It can also get confusing at family reunions around - cousin Bessie is my Aunt and my granny and uncle Bill used to be my brother before he married my Aunt - oh what the heck - just move to Alberta and you'll fit right in. That's probably why I live in B.C. TTFN Jennifer

Re: Need another grip
 - Alberta, for you Americans, picture a giant trailer park that struck oil
Their family tree looks more like a family stick. I don't mind inbred people, I just think all of them put together should have 1 vote. Think of the benefits though, easy organ transplants, pass around hand me down dentures.......cheap dental plans.
Speaking of dental plans, why don't we make fun of Brits?

Re: Need another grip
If it's got the NHL logo on it, it is formal!

Re: Need another grip
I have a gripe. I am sitting in my office wasting time on this board instead of tending to the work at hand that I need to do to afford cruises. I have one coming up in a hundred and some odd days and am already getting the fever to give up work and start packing.
Before this cruise gets here, I will have booked my next. I feel empty inside if I do not have a cruise booked. I have to have something to live for. Bring on Jamaica and Grand Cayman in November. By then I will be tired of the dreary weather here in the fall on the Suncoast of Florida!!!!

Re: Need another grip
David B - that probably means you won't like the new formal I just made - out of a Hudson's Bay blanket and a beaver pelt. I bought a great toque to go with it (it does have an NHL logo on it so, according to Mr. Fashion Maven - Banker to most of you - I'm good to go)
Dave The Wave - it could be worse - you could live in Alberta!!!!!

Re: Need another grip
Stupid people? Well, I was at my groomers the other day and the cute lil thang behind the counter was trying to figure out if the customer's dog's rabies vaccination had expired yet. She told her they got it iin April of last year....guess she had to enter the month # in the computer, so she cocked her cute lil head and said "Is that the 4th month?? I get so CONFUSED on those things!!!"
The woman took her dog and left.....
