I am stunned...I stumped the banker? It is a common term used to describe Carnival..don'r look now but they have "gobbled" up much of the industry.

Why do some of the people at these boards have names (IDs) that cause people like me to waste so much time trying figure out what they are all about....like your's for example, Texasmunk.

The "munk" part...is that like "monk" but misspelled? You know, the short, little, fat, bald guys we see in movies? Kinda like a Friar Tuck type? Or is it short for "chipmunk?"

If it's short for chipmunk then I'm wondering if it has something to do with Chip and Dale, or better yet, Chipndale's. Or maybe it's more like a prairie dog which can be pronounced "parrydog" by some southerners. How do YOU pronounce it?

"Get a life," you might say. I would, if I had time...but unfortunately I spend too much time sitting here thinking about some ot the IDs I see and visualizing butt swiping machines.

Munk, ya got me. Never heard that one before (probably because I don't frequent any other boards) but it is quite appropriate.

Yes, I did think about that wave...for just a minute...and then I pretended like I didn't know anything about it so I wouldn't worry. A friend was on a cruise where there was something similar that happened and said once they got past being scared it was kinda fun and adventurous. Well...I don't chicken out too easy, but I do hope the seas are calmer on my cruise!

How about the dumb complaint of "they do not keep bread on the table?" How much freakin bread do you need? In most upscale restaurants, they bring a basket to you so that you may choose "a piece" of bread. They do not put an entire basket down on your table so that you can munch away. And we wonder why there is an obesity epidemic in the US. For God's sake, put the bread down.
