It seems obvious but maybe it is time to re-examine what "Cruise Gripes" mean. It is supposed to be about things that you are not happy with on cruiseships or related things. It is not a place to insult others. I know that people poke a little good hearted fun at one another and I cannot see trying to take humor out of the boards but be cautious as some folks are reading this for the first time and don't know that you have a relationship with another poster that you can call them a bore or a slob or drunk etc. even though it is meant in jest and the other poster knows it. Someone just coming in does not. Please lets keep the posts a little more on topic and keep in mind the true purpose of this board. Off-topic stuff goes on the Chit-Chat board.
I agree these boards sometimes get out of hand, and I for one
thank you and the other moderators for maintaining a family atmosphere.
But, when are you gonna give us a "cruise humor / funnies" forum.
Those with really funny stories got nowhere to go, just wandering
around out here with no one to tell our story.
Does anyone else want to hear about the crew member who got drunk and
tried to get aboard the wrong ship, even the wrong cruiseline ???
I give up

That would be a nice addition to the community. I bet most every cruiser has a funny story to tell.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.“
Thanks for all of your hard work and keep it up. There are those of us that really would like to hear about Cruise Gripes and not insults and rude comments about others. Your assistance is really appreciated and I thank you for being so prompt in helping others.
