Is it my PC or the site?

Does anyone else on Gripes get a dialogue box appearing regarding "Java script errors" everytime they hit a link or try to reply etc. Its only happenned in the past 4/5 days, and is really annoying. But maybe its just me and my pc. But knowing Java, the browser is misreading some change in code.

Sounds like its your browser. Are you a Mozilla user? If not might be time to start ;)

Also check and see if your java script has been turned off by a security update. Carla ;)

David,

I think Carla is right -- somehow your Java script became disabled. You need to enable the Java scripting, and that should solve your problem.

If you have a friend who's handy with IE, you should be going again shortly.

Good luck,

Dean

Looks ok to me.

Mine is OK here too, check your PC...

David:

I think Mean Dean is on it. Check your IE options (if you are running Internet Explorer).

Click "Tools"
Internet Options
Advanced

Then make sure you have "Java" enabled (checked) and Java scripting turned on (checked).

Also check to see if you recently updated to IE 7. This could have changed your settings. You probably know if you did because IE would look a bit different.

Take care,
Mike
