As long as you don't break into a bag of chips or cookies befor eyou get home and wash your hands you are okay and safe.

And as far as restless leg- and other things-don't joke so much Dave, I know you said you are past your 40th-you will be surprised in just a very few years-how your body will break down.
My body will never break down, restless leg or otherwise. I have control over it, mental control. I don't get sick because I don't want to get sick. I work with a lot of people my age and a few years older that have all kind of ailments and are on all kinds of drugs. People in 40's on blood pressure meds, anti depressants, ect... they eat crap and are sedentary. We have 5 handi capped parking spaces at the dealership and 4 of them are used by employees who can walk! Those are for wheel chairs and elderly. Electric scooters because you are too fat to walk, come on!

Famous last words Dave, I still exercise regulary, eat healthy and take of myself to no avail-marching time is doing a number on me.

I was also very proud that at 45 people thought I was 30. Then time caught up with me. I learned that 40 is not the boogyman for everyone-for some of us it falls somewhere between 45 and 50-I am not sure quite when-but somewhere along in there time caught up with me.

I have lost a few hairs, have some grays on my chin and chest and am getting set in my ways and ornery at times.
