I think it is pretty funny that the cops had to come and take a picture. He puncehed her in the head but she went to jail. These are the types we have in Central Florida.

I wonder why they didn't charge him with sexual assault. He forced her to do it, so he is guilty of sexual assault, even though he was the one bitten...

I finally opened the article and perused it. Officers are required ot take pictures at the scene and to to take pictures of the injuries received. It didn't mention it but they are required to return to take follow up pictures also LOL . This is done to exhibit the degree of bruising that the injury will exhibit.

Now, the report did not state that she did not want him to expose himself to her. It states, as a point of an after thought, that she did not want to have sex with him. The report should have stated that she told him to stop the act. By doing that, then he would have been charged with the case of sexual assault.

In your LE career, did you ever have occasion to take these types of pictures?

Dave, I have had to take pictures of death scenes where some parts of the anatomy were exposed. The most gruesome I had seen was where a woman had been disemboweled and the actor consumed her entrails, female parts, and her heart.

I also saw a scene where a woman was cut in half during an auto accident. She was topless and she had been performing an act on the driver early in the morning.

I'm certain that Joe (Rescuedad) has seen his share as well.

Both of the low life should have been arrested and not allowed to mingle with normal humans.
