Default Buy transfers from Princess or take a cab?

We are sailing to Canada/New England in August. We will be flying into Laguardia airport. Is it best to buy the Princess transfers or just take a cab from the airport to the ship dock? Does anyone know the distance? Thanks

Don't know how up to date this is or how much Princess wants for a transfer. You could also contact providers like Super Shuttle. Check the LGA website for more ground transportation options

We found AirLink Shuttle to be excellent. In the baggage claim area at LAG there is a dispatcher person who will call the shuttle for you. It will take you to the cruise terminal. Cost about $15 pp. They have a website you can check out. A cab would be quite expensive.

Just curious - what makes this gripe? NYC traffic?
