One from several years ago about a woman breastfeeding in the dining room on a formal night and becoming enraged when the head waiter suggested some other location might be more appropriate.

That's a whole can of worms. You'll get he La Leche League after you on that one.

I personally would love to see the cruise lines offer an adults only no one under 21 allowed for a cruise week or three a year. It would get my booking.
The alternative is to sail when school is in session.
My gripe is with people who want to save a whole row of seats in the theater.

My biggest gripe is why RCI compensated all of the cruisers after our April 26th sailing when ours was the most impacted! They gave FCC and almost twice the OBC to all of the sailings that had to be rerouted from Mexico because of the swine flu. And, for us, we got a small OBC and a diversion to SF after going to Cabo and not Mazatlan or PV. No one had warm clothing and it was 55 and raining in SF, not to mention the fact that many of us lived close by to begin with! Who me upset? There's a lot of us!
Smokers who use the casino as a smoking lounge with no intention of using the casino for what it's there for. The crew on the ships are nice, it's some of the other passengers that are rude.

Non smokers who sit on the smoking side of the ship then gripe about smokers.
Chair Savers who put a book or towel on a chair and then don't use the chair for hours.
Cruise lines who don't allow smoking in the cabin or balcony.
Unruly children in the adult area.
The bad coffee onboard most ships.
Thats my top 5.
Also to the one who complains about smokers in the casinos who aren't gambling....we are only there because it is one of the few places inside the ship that we can smoke.

Non-smokers who get angry even when smokers follow the rules and try to be considerate of others.
People who are in such a hurry to get somewhere that they will knock over someone using a cane....which should be a hint of physical problems.
Marty
It's the passengers who sit on Lido Deck playing cards, reading books, etc. (but not eating) for four hours through breakfast while other passengers are trying to find a seat for breakfast.
The last couple of smokers comments reminded me of how I admire Celebrity so much now since they have become basically smokeless, especially in their casinos. More lines should join them. Smokers wouldn't bother me if their smoke went straight up without me having to breathe it or if their habit didn't hurt others and only hurt themselves, but sadly and truthfully, it does both. The sooner they accept that truth, the better it will be for them and all the rest of us! There are many, many more ex-smokers that are far more bothered than us non-smokers, too. That should tell them something, but the addiction side of smoking is so much stronger than some smokers are, it's easier to make excuses.
Yup, how many times have I gone to enjoy the early, early a.m. quiet in the shade to find seat after seat taken with books, towels, lotions.. Yes, I go early to avoid a re-occurance of sun cancer...and with a huge hat

I fully suport the right to smoke...particualrly for those whom I do not like.

Just ran into that problem at breakfast and lunch on a particular ship.. and THEY sit at the tables next to the windows.. or large tables.. and there is usually only one person.. We don't mind sharing tables, that's not the point in case somebody is asking..lol

Considering all the gripes about how people dress, how fat they are, how they smell, how they smoke, how their kids run around the ship, how much they eat, how they push into elevators, how they hit others with their walkers, how drunk they are, how they save seats or lounge chairs etc etc, I am only bothered when they intrude into my private space. I am on the ship to enjoy myself and to have a good time, not to worry about the behavior of others.
It really bugs me when passengers disrespect the staff. They have a hecka hard job and they don't deserve someone being rude to them.
Oh and #2 the thing that drives me up a wall, people with the blue tooth talking loud enough to be in Carnagie hall and giving 200 people the intimate details of their life, like I care to hear it. If that is you, stop it now
Bluetooth head sets are my favourite fun, when someone walks about wearing wearing one for no apparent reason ie not driving. How much of a prat do they look? Its let the fun begin for me.
What are they like, walking around like a poor extra from Star Trek. I talk to them, and I talk to them as they are deaf, loud and slow.
When they question why are you talking to me like this, its simple. I say sorry I seen your aid and thought you had hearing problems, given you keep touching it and how loud you are talking
