Re: Re: Century Sky Update
And we are boarding on September 11 in Chongqing for a 4 night voyage thru the Three Gorges. What date will you be leaving the ship? We will be arriving Chongqing after spending 4 days in Lhasa, Tibet. We will actually be arriving in Beijing late on September 1 as an early arrival for a tour that starts in Beijing on September 3. Looking forward to an interesting trip. Clarence

Re: Re: Re: Century Sky Update
We debark on Friday, Sept 9 in Shanghai. Have you received your pre-cruise documents yet? We received our Visa info and hotel itinerary. I am very excited.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Century Sky Update
Hmmm. Getting off in Shanghai on Sept. 9 and we are getting on Sept. 11 in Chongqing? Something does not compute. My itinerary says "The Viking Century Sky departs Chongqing for 3 nights on Sunday, September 11, 2005, arriving Maoping Wednesday, September 14, 2005." I don't think that the ship can make it all of the way back to Chongqing in 2 days since it takes 9 days for it to go in the other direction.

Yes, we have received the Visa and Hotel info. We wish to stay an extra night at the Shangri-la in Shanghai however Viking has sold their entire allocation of rooms and the hotel is completely full so we will have to go elsewhere.

This should be quite an experience! Clarence
