We're taking this cruise next August. Would love to hear from anyone who has taken this cruise before. It is our first cruise, and we are looking forward to seeing Germany and experiencing a river cruise. We would also like to connect with others who might be on the same cruise 7/30 - 8/7/2011. We fly out of Boston on the 30th.

Suzie.. I haven't done that trip, so can't hep there, but I have to say I find it very interesting that you've chosen a river cruise for your first cruise.
My husband is not a fan of ocean cruises with thousands of passengers, and my one and only ocean voyage (not a cruise) resulted in a horrible experience with sea sickness, so the idea of a river cruise is a perfect fit for both of us.
